A New Face Running For City Council

A local woman has announced her campaign for Binghamton City Council.

West Side resident, Dani Cronce announced her candidacy this evening.

Cronce is a single mother who has volunteered with the city's parks and recreation department. She says that she has also worked with Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo in organizing Anautism Awareness fair.

Some of the issues she would like to address if she makes city council are blight, childhood hunger and conditions on local roadways.

Dani Cronce said, "I'm a single mother and as a single mother of three children I know what it's like to struggle. I know what the Binghamton families are going though and I have a heart for them. And I just want to help our community."

Cronce is a Democrat running for District 3 of Binghamton's City Council. Teri Rennia currently holds that spot but is term limited from seeking reelection.
