International Organist Scott Harrison to Play at Forum Theater

Renowned international Australian Organist Scott Harrison will be joining the Binghamton Theater Organ Society Saturday night at the Forum Theater on Washington Street.

He'll be performing a new program of classic Dixie, Hollywood and Broadway favorites which will be presented in grand theatrical style. Harrison is from Melbourne and started his tour in California and is now bringing his show throughout New York State. Some of the songs they'll perform include Hello Dolly, Mack the Knife and Bill Bailey.

"As a musical instrument its very diverse. It's like a full orchestra, basically as a musician playing one of these instruments you're the conductor, arranger and composer of a full orchestra. So basically you have at your fingertips all the orchestral parts of a symphony orchestra and you get to conduct it and make it happen," said Organist Scott Harrison.

Tickets to the show are available by going to the website Binghamtontos.org.
