(Schoharie County)--After 11 days and over 50 hours of jury deliberations, a judge has declared a mistrial in the Cal Harris ends in mistrial.
Judge George Bartlett accepted the defense's motion for a mistrial after the jury said it was deadlocked for a third time.
The judge denied a defense motion to dismiss the case. Judge Bartlett has set an August date for the People to bring the case again.
