Tioga County Sheriffs Arrest Owego Man, Sale of Narcotics

An Owego man is in custody after the conclusion of an investigation in which the Tioga County Sheriff's Office says he was illegally selling narcotics.
33-year-old Joseph Farrow faces criminal sale of a controlled substance charges, class b felonies.
This after investigators say a search warrant at Farrow's residence on Fox Street recovered a quantity of heroin, marijuana and drug packaging materials.
Farrow is in the Broome County Jail.
