Six Community Members Awarded, 51st Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce Dinner

Six community members were honored this evening as a part of the 51st annual Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce dinner.

2015 award winners included the Small Business Advocate of the Year Stephen Day, Small Business Persons of the Year Jamie and Joe Hess, Young Professional of the Year Stephen Campbell, Chamber Volunteer of the Year Douglas Camin, and Civic Leader of the Year Ronald Sall. President and CEO of the Chamber Lou Santoni says it's an opportunity to say thanks.

"We've got a great group of people here and as you look around the room every business is represented. It's a great turnout. We have almost 500 people. We're sold out here. It's really a thank you to our membership for all they do for us throughout the year," said Lou Santoni, CEO/President of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce."

Also tonight Santoni says the chamber presented a check to their charity partner, the Humane Society, for $5,000.
