Binghamton Man Faces DWI Charges
Saturday, April 25, 2015 11:05 PM EDT
A Binghamton man is facing multiple charges after deputies say he was driving while intoxicated.
A witness contacted police after Patrick Beam, 41, was seen passed out in his car after stumbling in the parking lot of Walmart Friday night.
Broome County sheriff's officials located Beam's vehicle as he was pulling into the lot of Burger King.
Officials say Beam's BAC level was .18 which is more than twice the legal limit.
Beam is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
