B-Sens need to show character after frustrating loss

It was clear on Tuesday that the B-Sens and the fans were not happy with the way the game ended. From the first period on, the B-Sens trailed the Admirals with the exception of a three minute span of 1-1 hockey in the first. The B-Sens lost 7-4 despite pulling within 4-3 in the second. It certainly wasn't pretty, but with the B-Sens now playing out the season having been eliminated from the playoffs, the drop off is understandable.

"You can understand that it is tough but that's what shows if you have character enough to overcome stuff," said Head Coach Luke Richardson. "Sports is all about ups and downs and the ones that persevere are the ones that win in the end. It doesn't mean you win in the end, but it does mean you become winners in the end at some point."

The B-Sens host Albany on Friday at 7:05.
