B-Sens look to stay positive during tough year

Posted:
The B-Sens have yet to find their groove this year, which is tough when there's only nine games left. They're 16 points out of the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, so anything short of a miracle would end their playoff appearance streak at two. To make matters worse, they've lost three straight.

Winning games is fun, losing is not. It's tough to not get frustrated when bounces aren't going your way, shots aren't hitting their mark, and the numbers on the scoreboard are against you. But, luckily for the B-Sens, they figure out ways to keep their heads up.

"Well there's definitely frustration," said B-Sens captain Aaron Johnson. "Whenever you're losing, guys are going to get frustrated. But I think we're a pretty positive group and we're trying to keep as positive as we can. It's obviously difficult in these kind of times but, we'll get rewarded for it if we do stay positive."

Binghamton travels to Syracuse for a 7:00 Wednesday night game.
