Littly Italy II Owner Plans to Rebuild After Sunday Fire
The owner of a Hancock restaurant that caught fire yesterday says he plans to rebuild the business.
Little Italy II owner Andrew Grigoli did not want to speak on camera but says his restaurant has been a staple in the community since 1997. Hancock fire officials responded to a fire at the business just after 12:30 Sunday morning.
Officials say the fire was under control before 5 a.m. however crews were on scene until about 9 a.m. Nearby business, uptown salon, also suffers significant fire damage Residents say the place will be missed.
Resident Amber Cargill said, "Everyone knew, everyone came here, it was a regular stomping ground for all the locals and it hit us all pretty hard when we found out that it had gone down."
