Mobile Food Bank Makes a Stop in Binghamton to Help Those in Need

The mobile food pantry made a stop in Binghamton on Thursday with free food for those in need.

Despite the cold temperatures and the snow a line of people wrapped around the mobile pantry, waiting to pick up various food items such as cheese, yogurt and canned goods. Those who received food say the service is essential to the community and expressed their gratitude.

Tom Jordan says, "Food prices have gone up all over the place. This service is helpful to a lot of people. Even though it's cold out here there's a lot of people who use it and need it."
