The clock is ticking on efforts to save St. Patrick's school in Owego. According to parents of students at the school the Diocese of Rochester has given them until March 15th to raise $500,000.
If that happens keeping the school open will remain a consideration. But the school must also secure enrollment of 60 students in grades pre-K through 6 by April 30. Last week a spokesperson for the diocese told Fox 40 it can not continue to subsidize the school to the level it has because of declining enrollment.
