Jury selection for the Cal Harris murder trial is rescheduled for Thursday. This is the third time the trial date has been pushed back.
The 53-year old Owego businessman will face a jury, for a third time, in the death of his wife Michele who disappeared in 2001. No murder weapon or body has been found.
The trial was scheduled for September but has been postponed as Judge George Bartlett has previously granted the defense's request for more time. Harris has been twice convicted, in 2007 and again in 2009, with both convictions overturned.
The trial will take place at 9:30 a-m, this time in Schoharie County instead of Tioga County where the murder allegedly took place.
