Police Identify Body Found in Susquehanna River

Police have identified the body found in the Susquehanna River on Sunday night.
Broome County Sheriffs say the man identified is 21-year-old Ryan L. Bell of Tompkins County.
Bell has no address in the Broome County area and his last known address is in the Town of Groton.
Police say the incident is not considered suspicious at this time, though they are following up on leads to track Bell's movements while in the area.
