Cal Harris Trial To Begin Wednesday
Monday, January 19, 2015 2:55 AM EST
The Cal Harris murder trial is scheduled for Wednesday.
This will be the third time the 53-year-old Owego businessman will face a jury in the death of his wife Michele who disappeared in 2001.
No murder weapon or body has been found.
The trial was scheduled for September but has been postponed as Judge George Bartlett has previously granted the defense's request for more time.
Harris has been twice convicted, with both convictions overturned.
The trial will take place this time in Schoharie County instead of Tioga County where the murder allegedly took place.
