The season hasn't gone as well as Tommy Dempsey hoped at the start, but there's light on the horizon. The Bearcats beat Maine by 19 on Saturday putting an end to the team's 14 game losing streak. It not be the lift the team ultimately wants or needs, but it's a start. Dempsey says the mood at practice hasn't changed, but it's nice to have some proof that things are headed in the right direction, saying that Saturday's win "took a little pressure off."
The Bearcats with a tough task ahead as they hope to build a win streak, but to do so, they have to go through conference leading Albany in the state's capital on Wednesday night.
