Lockheed Martin to Develop Storm Damage Location Technology

Lockheed Martin is hoping to develop a new $300,000 system that could locate damages after major storms.
The goal is to build computer technology that combines analytical systems with aerial data and could locate power outages or line damage. The new technology would also help utility companies assess storm damage.
The project will be tested by NYSEG in Brewster.
