A Lisle Man Arrested After Making Weapon Threats
7/10/2014 (Updated 6:51:31 PM)A Lisle man is under arrest after police say he took them on a car chase after threatening to use a rifle at a convenience store.
Tioga County deputies arrested 27-year-old Justin Perce last Friday.
Police say deputies tried to stop Perce in Berkshire for a complaint at the Xtra-mart in Newark Valley. That is where police believe Perce had a rifle and threatened to use it.
Perce was arrested at his home and sent to Tioga County jail without bail. He faces numerous traffic citations and criminal charges including Felony Reckless Endangerment.
