Under a Friday the 13th full moon, B-Mets washed out

BINGHAMTON, NY – Friday night’s contest between the Binghamton Mets and Erie SeaWolves has been postponed due to inclement weather. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, July 5 with game one scheduled to start at 6:05 PM. Gates will open at 5:00 PM.

The postponement marks the eighth of the season for the B-Mets and first since April 30.

Ticketholders for Friday’s game may redeem them for tickets of equal or lesser value for a future Binghamton Mets 2014 regular season home game, excluding July 4.

The B-Mets (36-30) will look to open their rain-shortened series against the Erie SeaWolves on Saturday evening with a doubleheader. The opening game is scheduled to start at 6:05 PM. RHP Tyler Pill takes the mound against LHP Kyle Ryan in the opener. The Horizons Federal Credit Union Pregame Show, starting at 5:50 PM, can be heard on News Radio 1290 WNBF and on the Binghamton Mets Baseball Network via the TuneIn App.
