A Texas man that police call a fugitive from justice was nabbed in Vestal by New York State Police.
On Wednesday troopers arrested 32 year-old Keith Curran from Arlington, Texas after a traffic stop on Route 17 in Vestal.
Police say he has an active warrant from the Dallas County Sheriff Department in Dallas. Curran was arraigned in Town of Vestal court as a fugitive from justice and sent to Broome County jail without bail.
Pennsylvania State Police Have Frein In Custody
Pennsylvania State Police have confirmed that they have Eric Frein in custody.
Frein is suspected of committing the ambush shooting at the Blooming Grove Barracks which killed one trooper and injured another on September 12th.
