Sabres ready for first state playoffs

After clinching the first Baseball Section IV Title in school history, the Susquehanna Valley Sabres are in uncharted territory now as they prepare for Saturday's quarterfinal against Clinton at Onondaga Community College at 4:00.  But, even despite experiencing the state playoffs for the first time, Head Coach Brendan Heslin says he expects his team not to let the pressure and the glamour of the state playoffs to have any effect.  Heslin says that if they continue to play Sabres baseball they can make a deep run into the state tournament.
