School district voters around the Southern Tier went to the polls Tuesday, casting ballots to approve or reject school budgets. Not all results were in by newstime at 10PM, but voters were largely approving the spending plans--all of which fell within the tax cap, and many not adding much to district property taxes. Pennsylvania State Police Have Frein In Custody
Pennsylvania State Police have confirmed that they have Eric Frein in custody.
Frein is suspected of committing the ambush shooting at the Blooming Grove Barracks which killed one trooper and injured another on September 12th.

VERDICT: Jury Finds Davis Guilty of Murdering JC Woman VIEW VIDEO
At about 3:30 Thursday afternoon a Broome County jury reached a verdict in the murder trial of Christopher Davis: guilty on all counts of murder in the July 2013 death of 50-year-old Johnson City Patricia LaCaprara.
