Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team display talent at NYSEG Stadium

Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team played a doubleheader at NYSEG Stadium against Broome County Law Enforcement Team and the BAE Systems Celebrity Team.

The Warriors displayed their talent all around the diamond with their gloves and bats but the big attendance full of support was special for these vets playing on the diamond.

"This is unreal, I am from South Texas and the people here in New York are great. The people here from start to finish has been the greatest people I have seen in my whole life. The town has been supporting us, the fans have been supporting us, and playing in front of all this crowd is a dream come true," said US Army vet Rick Wilk from Sugarland Texas.

This group of warriors travels all around the country and their next stop is Souderton, PA.
