GBFC has high expectations for 2014
5/9/2014 (Updated 6:46:20 PM)After being bumped out of the playoffs sooner than they had hoped, the Greater Binghamton Football Club is ready to kick off their third season of NPSL play. It's been a long offseason, but an exciting one. The team now has a new nickname - GBFC Thunder. The field has a new name - Visions Field. And, Visions Field now has a press box and a party deck.
On the field, the Thunder return a lot of firepower, but also brought in a lot of top talent to compete for roster spots and playing time. As they kick off the season on Saturday against the Clarkstown Eagles at home at 6:00, captain Chris Riley says it's National Championship or bust!
