Mother Nature says "no baseball"

BINGHAMTON, NY – Wednesday night’s contest between the Binghamton Mets and Portland Sea Dogs has been postponed due to unplayable weather conditions. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, May 3rd with game one scheduled to start at 12:05 PM.

The postponement marks the fifth of the season for the B-Mets and third at home. Binghamton experienced just one postponement in their first 66 games last season.

The B-Mets (9-7) conclude their shortened three-game series against the Sea Dogs on Thursday night at 6:35 PM. RHP Greg Peavey toes the rubber against RHP Keith Couch. The Horizons Federal Credit Union Pregame Show begins at 6:20 PM on Newsradio 1290 WNBF.

Catch the future stars of the New York Mets all season long at NYSEG Stadium. Visit BMETS.COM, stop by the box office or call 723-METS for tickets.
