Fitness for Free

Members of the community had a rare chance to be trained by local fitness professionals today--for free.

Positive Life Force in Endwell held it's 4th annual community fitness day. Participants were able to spend their time taking classes including spinning, yoga, body shredding, mud running, and more. Owners say they're happy to see area locals having fun, while also being active.

"It's fun. It's like a little free fair. They get to pick. There's three classes running at one time and they go to this class then they say oh I'm going to go to try this next then I'm going to go try this. It's a lot of fun and if it gets people moving, even if it's for one day, it's worth it," said Kelsey Searles, Owner of Positive Life Force.
