St. Anthony's Cooks for Youth

With the SuperBowl right around the corner you may already be preparing food for the big game.  A Church in Endicott helped with that  during a fundraising event.

Today was St. Anthony's Holy Name Society's final day of a week long process of making homemade manicotti. Members rolled over 23 hundred crepes, made sauce, and created the pan orders. There were 164 orders picked up, and a lot of work, but members say it's all worth it.

"We get together, we talk, we laugh, we joke around, but we get a lot of work done. We're an addition to the church. Anything we can do to help them out. That's one of our 3 main mission statements to support the church," said Nick Diles, President of the Holy Name Society.

If you missed out on the manicotti, St. Anthony's Holy Name Society will be holding a Pasta dinner in a few weeks, February 16th to  benefit the church's CYO program. Tickets for adults are 7 dollars.
