Well the end of the school year may seem far away but students are already holding fund raisers to pay for end of the year activities..
Seton Catholic Central in Binghamton held a bottle and can drive Saturday at the high school. Students had a beautiful morning to collect the cans from the lines of cars dropping off donations. Students say working together for a final goal is important to them.
"It's easy just to sort of want to sit at home and spend your Saturday alone or with friends, but coming out and doing something like this and getting out there to help later on I think is a very important skill to learn," said Johnathon Van Heti, Senior.
Proceeds will go to a number of different activities. Seton's senior class plans to hold another bottle drive, sometime next month. All are invited to help the cause.
