New Snow Removal Equipment

With all the recent snow we've gotten many people are working on clearing their driveways and sidewalks.

Your house is your biggest investment, so making sure it's taken care of properly in the winter is important. One of the newest snow removal technologies are salt pucks you can throw onto your roof to melt any ice that could cause leaking..  Experts on snow removal want to remind people that although digging yourself out quickly may be important, you want to be safe while you do it.

"Also making sure your sidewalks are clear, driveway is cleared, to prevent slips, trips, and falls is important. But also really thinking about when you're moving the snow, you're doing it safely," said Joseph Maan, store owner at Lowes.

Home improvement stores like Lowes or Home Depot also offer special ergonomic  shovels that help make sure you don't strain your back while moving snow.
