An Endicott man is under arrest after police say he fled the scene of an accident, hitting a police car on the way.
Police say 35-year-old Paul June was involved in a two-car accident on Saturday night in the eastbound lane of the George F. Highway in Endwell.
When approached by a sheriff's deputy, June drove away, striking a patrol car and continued to drive the car with its hood over the windshield until it became disabled on Hooper Road, according to police.
June is charged with a number of crimes, including felony DWI since he has a previous conviction within the past ten years.
