Binghamton University was buzzing this weekend as alumni came back to celebrate homecoming. The weekend was packed with sporting events and reunions.
Saturday the university hosted a tailgate party at the events center with food, music and games. Alumni from all different years came with family and friends. They say coming back to the city and university they graduated from is exciting.
"It's a great idea. You know, just meeting all the people you haven't seen in years, almost. I mean for me it's been two years but other people here it's been five, ten, fifteen years and see people again from what is considered the best years of your life. It's pretty awesome," Michael Raguso, 2012 Graduate, said.
President Stenger also met with alumni, Saturday to talk about the university's plan for continued growth and progress.
