Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest 10/2/2013 (Updated 10:55:34 PM)
A traffic stop on Duke Street in the City of Binghamton results in the arrest of a man for drug possession and sales.
Police say 22-year-old of Muhammad Abdur-Rahim, of Binghamton, was found to be in possession of heroin and marijuana.
He's also charged with three counts of selling heroin to another individual on three different dates in the City of Binghamton. After arraignment, he was locked up in the Broome County Jail.
