Hancock Community Coming Together to Help Family of Andie Lynn

In Hancock, friends, family and neighbors still huddle in an effort to deal with the pain caused by the fall of 18-month old Andie Lynn, who fell from a second story window earlier this week.

A bottle and can drive to help raise funds for Andie Lynn has been put together by her extended family in the village of Hancock.

Andie Lynn's aunt, Chelsea Sexton, told Fox40 that the outpouring of community support has been overwhelming.

"Apart from staying positive and trying to do our best to keep her immediate family uplifted--we're doing our best to be able to help them financially to be able to cope with that aspect of the journey," said Sexton.

A benefit is planned for the family in the near future.

For updates, a Facebook page has been created called "Team Andie Lynn".

Anyone can drop off cans or bottles with a New York deposit at 339 West Main Street in Hancock.
