Man Charged with DUI After Two Die in Car Crash
9/7/2013 (Updated 10:48:27 PM)A Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania man is now being charged with a DUI for a car crash in March that killed two people.
Pennsylvania State Police completed the investigation Friday. They say, 45 year old Roegester Grays was driving along SR 0328 in Wells Township on March 1st just before 5pm when he hit a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban head on. The driver of the Suburban, 35 year old Ryan English and a passenger, 32 year old Karen English were pronounced dead at the scene. Three children were in the back seat of the Suburban and were taken to Arnot-Ogden hospital in Elmira along with Grays.
He is in Bradford County Prison on $500,000 bail. His Charges are listed below.
Aggravated Assault, 2 counts
Homicide by Vehicle while DUI, 2 counts
Aggravated Assault by Vehicle while DUI, 2 counts
Homicide by Vehicle, 2 counts
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Controlled Substance
Possession Small Amount of Controlled Substance
