An improvement project costing three quarters of a million dollars now completed at the Greater Binghamton Airport.
County Executive Debbie Preston was on hand for the unveiling.
Twenty new t-hangers were installed replacing fifteen that were over thirty years old.
The project was funded by state grants. Airport officials say the t-hanger replacements make a big difference.
"It's important because fifty percent of the aircraft operations that occur at the Binghamton Airport on an annual basis are by general aviation aircrafts and these planes are a good example of general aviation air crafts," said Carl Beardsley the Broome County Commissioner of Aviation.
