SCRANTON, PA -- Derek Jeter began his rehab stint Saturday after breaking his ankle in the playoffs back in October. With fellow Major League teammate Michael Pineda on the mound, for the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, Jeter played five innings going 0-2 with a walk, a line out to second, and a ground out to third.
Meanwhile, Alex Rodriguez continues his rehab with Single-A Charleston. A-Rod went 1-2 with a run scored and was hit by a pitch.
