Endicott police say a father stabbed his son during a domestic dispute over the weekend.
Authorities arrested and charged 62 year old Timothy Harvey with second degree assault for allegedly stabbing his son in the leg with an ice pick.
Investigators say his son, 24 year old Nicholas Harvey, who reportedly waved a knife at his mother and and slapped a phone from her hand, is charged with menacing and criminal mischief.
The argument began after Nicholas' parents told him that he and his friends would have to leave the house at 109 Adams Avenue - and not return.
When he returned later, the physical confrontation began.
