Car Show in Vestal Helps Support Troops

"We're doing a fundraiser car wash for ten dollars and all the proceeds go to the USO for our troops. What better way to celebrate Memorial Day," said Event Organizer, Christopher Moore.

It's awesome to be giving back to our troops today, we're really happy to be here we love our military we're very thankful for everything that they do," said Wheel Girl, Caity Branigan.

"It's always fun to see the cars always fun I'd like to see some older ones from my generation," said Bob Kip a volunteer for Fort Drum USO. 

"When I turned 60 five years ago my wife said to me jeeze you know what would you like for a hobby or whatever, and I said oh I'd like an old mustang and I didn't think anything of it. And then one day this thing shows up at the door in a truck, so that was her gift to me. I'm a Veteran myself and it's really great to see so many people here supporting the troops," said Vestal resident Larry Truesdell.
