VESTAL -- The 19th-ranked Penn State Nittany Lions visited the Bearcats on Tuesday afternoon and used an early goal onslaught to set the tone for the game.
After taking a 3-1 lead in the first quarter, PSU never looked back and won, 11-7.
The Bearcats' star was Matt Springer, who added to his program-best goal tally with two today. The junior also had a pair of assists.
Next up for BU is Qunnipiac at the Bearcats Sports Complex this Saturday at 1 PM.
