Woman Dies in Fatal Accident in Town of Union

A motor vehicle accident in the Town of Union Monday afternoon proved fatal for Endicott resident, Heather Shaw.

Police investigators report that Shaw, 34, was driving westbound on Day Hollow Road when her Chrysler veered into the opposite lane and crashed with an oncoming pick-up truck, operated by Kurtis Hogdin of Binghamton.

Shaw was brought to Wilson Hospital, but did not survive.

The investigation is ongoing.
