Benefit for Vestal Man in Need

VESTAL -- Family and friends came out on Sunday to help a Vestal man in need.

2007 Vestal High School graduate Jaysson Lewis was recently diagnosed with kidney failure. The Vestal Elks Lodge hosted a benefit for him, drawing over a hundred people. They made donations and bought raffle tickets, raising over $1000-- all of which will go to help cover Lewis's medical costs.

"You don't realize how much people care.  There are people I don't even know here who are introducing themselves," said Jaysson Lewis.
