"Real Life" Board Game
3/8/2013 (Updated 11:20:16 PM)
"Real Life" is a board game where the proceeds support breast cancer awareness and the Sandy Hook Elementary School.
In the game, there are 13 doves with the initials of the lives taken in the American Civic Association tragedy, 26 hearts representing the people who died at Sandy Hook, and in the deck of cards, there are names of inspirational leaders like Gabby Giffords.
"It's a game that's meant to be fun, and I think that despite the tragedies the game recognizes that even the people who have lost their lives would want people to go on and enjoy their life," said "Real Life" creator Paul Ross.
The Broome Community College graphic design helped Ross with the game design.
