CLIFFORD, P.A. -- On Tuesday afternoon, 86-year-old Frank Sobkowiak of South Gibson, PA had to be cut out of the wreckage of a car crash along Route 2067, in Clifford, Pennsylvania . His injury is described as moderate, and Sobkowiak was wearing a lap and shoulder belt. A helicopter was called in to transport the victim, but that flight was cancelled due to the snow squalls in the area.
