Sex Offender Accused of Contact with Minor

A 48-year-old level three sex offender is under arrest, and accused of having sexual contact with an eight-year-old female.

Leslie Hill of Willet New York is charged with sexual abuse in the first degree.

The alleged incident with the child occurred in November of 2012. After arraignment, Hill was sent to the Broome County Jail.
