A man out on parole for attempted murder in New York City is one of two suspects arrested on drug charges in Binghamton this week.
Parolee Robert Jones, a.k.a. "Jah" was found with almost three ounces of crack-cocaine, 50 envelopes containing what was suspected to be heroin, along with 728 dollars in cash - according to police.
Also arrested was Charonn Stotts of Johnson City. Police say they found him with 100 envelopes of suspected heroin, and 14-hundred dollars in cash.
Both are charged with criminal possession, and both are in Broome County jail.
