Cortland Man Arrested in Investigation of Sexual Abuse Involving Minor

A Cortland man is under arrest after an investigation into the report of alleged oral sexual contact with a minor.
42 year old Shane Fournier is being charged after it was reported on January 23rd, 2013 that he told a seven year old female to perform oral sex on him.
The incident allegedly occurred in the Town of Cortlandville and the seven year old victim disclosed the info to her parents a short time later.
Fournier is now in Cortland County jail with no bail.
