Ross-Jones Trail

The defense in the Joseph Ross Jones trial rested Monday without calling Ross Jones as a witness.
 
The defense actually didn't call any witnesses for the trail.
Ross Jones is accused of murdering Daniel Martinez in October of last year.

The prosecution contends Martinez' murder was part of a drug deal gone wrong.

Closing arguments begin Tuesday morning, starting at 10am.
