Binghamton man dies after car crash into Weis Market

BINGHAMTON -- The man who crashed his car into a Binghamton Weis market on Friday has died. 

Officials say 32-year-old Justin Kehoe appeared to lose his brakes coming down Burr Avenue when he sped across the intersection and into the  Conklin Avenue store Friday afternoon.

His wife, their 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son were in the car at the time of the accident and were also taken to area hospitals.

A united health services spokesman confirmed Monday Kehoe died Sunday night.
