Police Investigate Two Shootings in Binghamton

Binghamton Police are investigating what appears to be two separate incidents involving guns.

Police responded to the Town and Country apartments at 100 Roberts Street around 7:15 Tuesday evening.

Police blocked off a portion of the parking lot where initial reports said the victim was shot in the leg and transported to a local hospital.

On North Street, police could be heard on scanner traffic responding to reports of a hold up at gunpoint.

The assailant or assailants still at large.

Police have not released any official information to the media yet.
