EAST SYRACUSE -- Three Section IV Teams had a shot at claiming the State Regional Championships on Saturday. After Tioga and U-E took home the Class D and Class A titles, respectively, last night. M-E, Chenango Forks and Binghamton were on the docket Saturday:
