Wlasuik Sentencing

It's 25 years to life for Peter Wlasiuk, following his third conviction for the killing of his wife, Patricia.

The sentence follows his conviction in July for Second Degree Murder.

Authorities say Wlasiuk killed his wife then tried to make it appear to have been a drowning when their vehicle plunged into Guilford Lake, ten years ago.

Wlasiuk has already served ten years of the sentence during the time it took for his two previous convictions to be overturned.

He indicates he will appeal this conviction,  as well.
